Future engineers are required to coordinate interdisciplinary projects and to collaborate with specialists from other domains. Aside from professional know how, successful engineering in a European context requires excellent intercultural communication skills and competences. Having said that, what exactly are the ingredients for successful cooperation in multicultural settings? The workshops of the EuroTeQ Engineering University focus on the intercultural agility that is crucial for studying and working in a multicultural environment.
These intercultural seminars are intended for students in all areas of engineering but are also open to all TUM students. Students who will, in the next academic year, spend time at a EuroTeQ partner university or are presently doing an exchange from one of these universities to the TUM are especially invited to register for this intercultural seminar.
